William is great!!

This office is much better than my previous State Farm agent in Mountain View. I often had problems getting a timely response from my prior agent, but Sonny Randhawa's office answers my emails quickly and is very helpful. Special shoutout to Joanna for getting my auto premium adjusted when my average annual mileage decreased!
